Mani is an empathetic, knowledgeable and passionate human and she brings these aspects of herself to her Coaching and Consultancy. She has a wealth of experience and insight around all things Neurodivergent with a specialised interest in ADHD. Having spent the last decade as a special needs teacher, she possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the realm of neurodiversity and how that affects people of all ages and in all areas of their lives.
As someone with ADHD Mani offers a unique perspective informed by lived experience. This allows her to empathise with and effectively support individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum.
Mani is excited to be part of the first cohort to be enrolled in the ADHD Foundation Coaching Diploma that provides coaching support tailored specifically to people with ADHD.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Mani is a proud member of the queer community, a lover of fiction novels and the guardian of a small dog and two horses.
Her intersectional identity enriches her approach to neurodiversity consulting, recognizing the importance of inclusive spaces that embrace all aspects of diversity. Through her consultancy work, Mani aims to dismantle barriers and promote inclusivity across various sectors, recognizing the immense potential that lies within diverse minds.
Within her Coaching work she enables clients to advocate for themselves through self-exploration and self-discovery. Gently guiding them to uncover their values and build resilience so that they can reach their potential and thrive in all areas of their lives.
