Coaching is designed to provide you with the tools and support to move forwards in life and work. With a specialism in ADHD this support ensures that it appropriately supports your Neurotype to thrive and with my own background and expertise I have the ability to empathise and truly understand the struggles that you face.
To further my abilities I am currently undertaking a 2 year ADHD Coaching Diploma through ADHD Foundation. This is the first of its kind in the UK and will be UCA accredited.

Coaching focuses on moving forward to help you succeed in your present and future, rather than focusing on your past. It empowers you to reach goals or make changes in achievable and realistic ways.
In a nutshell, my ADHD coaching centres around a solid understanding of the neurobiology behind ADHD and helps people to explore their barriers with this lens in place to ensure a ND friendly, solution-based session.

There is no fixed or correct reason to want coaching, but people often want support in discovering their next steps or overcoming barriers that they face
Sessions normally run at 45 minutes unless you require something specific. The frequency is up to you and varies; it can be weekly, fortnightly or even monthly.
A Discovery Call is a free online session of around 25 minutes. You can tell me more about what you’re looking for and we can decide if I’m the right fit.
